Carlos Ischia appointed coach at Atlas (AP)
Former Boca Juniors coach Carlos Ischia has taken over at Mexican club Atlas. Ischia, who was fired in June after Boca was knocked out of the Copa Libertadores, ran his first practice session on Tuesday. Terms of his contract have not been disclosed by Atlas, which won only five of 17 matches in the just-completed regular season of Mexico's Apertura tournament.
