Batla House Encounter Ghost Revisits

Author: Few things refuse to die down and one such thing is Batla House encounter in which two terror suspects and celebrated Delhi police officer M C Sharma had got killed.
Now Mr Digvijay Singh has questioned batla encounter. He visited the families whose wards have been arrested in connection with terror-related incidents in the last two years.
“What happened during the Batla House encounter was very sad. It can be seen in the photograph that one of the boys was shot in the head. It is impossible to be shot at in the head during a scuffle,” Claimed Singh
Now what does Digvijay Singh wants to convey. That Mayawati Government , bjp government of Gujarat and congress government of Delhi are working in close association to target people from Azamgarh??
When National Human Right Commission has given clean chit to batla house encounter , if digvijay singh still has doubt , he should file petition challenging the grounds of which NHRC has given clean cheat.
Politics on terror and over martyrs like M C Sharma is lowest form of politics , possible . How many encounters has Mr digvijay participated in that he understands so much about them to claim that it is impossible to shoot on head in scuffle?. If we assume that what he says is really legitimate doubt then why doesn’t he challenge NHRC?. Bring them in court , bring congress government of delhi in court , being police commissioner in court. Why doesn’t he do that?
Taking a stand for all Indian Citizens , Hindus,Muslims , Sikhs and other community is right thing to do. Raising doubt is also acceptable but once NHRC has given clean chit , questioning the very system again and again is not acceptable. If one had problem with system , we have government in place , ask them to deliver and if it doesn’t we have courts but stop playing politics using terrorism as tool for it.
